Deschutes brewery - Hop Henge IPA
Pretty solid right off the bat. Not a very strong aroma, but light and hints of yeast and citrus (pretty normal for an IPA). The head was thick and kept its structure- honestly I don’t know what that means for a beer :) now for the taste, it was great. Another reason why Deschutes is a bad ass brewery. The first taste had a nice crisp but full taste, bitter but not over the edge. It had flavors of apricots and upon further drinking had some minor hints of pepper. Awesome stuff- want moooore!
